The Process:
City Application for Permits - The Submittal
Our architect will fill out the application and print the drawing sets if hard copies are required or submit the file online
Planning, Engineering and Building & Safety - The Review
Depending on the city, each Department will have Plan Check reviews. At times, even need to go through the HOA. If there are clearances and corrections, never fear as our architect will get them squared away at no cost to you
Once we get this notice, we will head to the city and pull the required permits. We will schedule and be present for all necessary inspections
